Hi @abrahamtoselli,

Just to double check.

In January you are sending template A

In February template B

In March template C

In April template D

In May template A again?

If that is the case we can use todays date to determine which template has to be used.

In that case check which month it is and divide that number by four. The decimal result of that calculation should be:

.25 (first month of the quarter)
.5 (second month of the quarter)
.75 (third month of the quarter)
.0 (fourth month of the quarter)

You can use that in another calculation and multiply the part after the dot by 4 (except the .0) to get a whole integer number again.

Below is an example

if(equals(indexOf(string(div(float(utcNow('MM')), 4.0)), '.'), -1), 4, int(mul(float(concat('0.',last(split(string(div(float(utcNow('MM')), 4.0)), '.')))), 4.0)))

Hi @abrahamtoselli,

An apply to each is normally used to loop through a collection of items. You are using a single number (entero) as input for that apply to each loop. It expects an array instead (matriz).

Hi @Expiscornovus !

Thank you so much for helping me.

I still have an issue with my automation, where the variable cannot exceed the value of 1 because it always initializes to 0 each time it starts and cannot move on to the subsequent steps. How can I resolve this?

Hi @abrahamtoselli,

A variable is used to temporarily store the value in the context of the flow. Your initialize variable is empty. That is why it will start with 0 every time you run it.

You could store that current Contador value somewhere, so you can retrieve it in the initialize variable. In a field in SharePoint, for example? This way it will use that latest value instead of starting over with 0 again.

Btw, what are you trying to achieve with this flow? Which requirement/scenario?

Happy to help out! 🙂

@Expiscornovus Ahh I got it! I didn't know that

What I want to achieve is to send one of the four email templates I have designed to specific individuals once a month, and after sending the fourth one, it should cycle back to the first template, and so on.
