Help with "Send an HTTP request to Sharepoint" to link an image in a SP Library to an image column in SP Lists based on column values

I'm new to Power Automate and I've built a few basic flows already (response emails, update calendar events after form submittals etc...) but I can't seem to grasp the HTTP request aspect and I was wondering if someone could help me.  I'm attempting to do the following:

The flow triggers when a item in my SP List "Employee Training" is created or an existing rows "Employee Name" column is modified.  If the change isn't a newly created item or a modification to the column "Employee Name" the flow ends.  If either of those 2 parameters are true, it gets the photo information from an SP Library "ID Photos" and the list information from "Employee Training".  I then use a filter array to filter "ID Photos" using the columns "Employee Name" (found in list "Employee Training") and "Photo Emp Name" (found in library "ID Photos").  If there is a match between the two columns, I want the flow to take the corresponding image from column "Thumbnail" of "ID Photos" and put it in the corresponding row "Employee Photo" for list "Employee Training"

This all seems to function up until I need to use "Send an HTTP request to SharePoint" to move the image from "ID Photos" to "Employee Training". I just can't seem to get the HTTP request right, and no matter how many forums and sites I read, that step doesn't make sense.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's a great link and I've bookmarked it for future reference, but while reading through the post it has the initial HTTP request to get the image asset from a List, whereas my asset is in a library.  Would that be the same pathway? Any coding I know has been self taught by reading forums and YouTube videos, so I'm smart enough to explain what I need and get about 80% of the way there on my own, but writing the last bit for more complex stuff I just don't have the understanding. Think of it like me bumbling around a darkened room and suddenly walking headlong into a door and it opens.  Didn't know it was there, couldn't necessarily repeat how I found it, and not 100% sure how it happened...but damned if it didn't somehow work.

All the other forums I've read says that I need a "Filter Array" to filter the specific value I need since I'm comparing the Employee names between the List and Library (which makes sense to me, but maybe I'm wrong?). When I let it stop at Filter Array and check the Outputs, it does seem to pull the proper information, it has the proper file names and information for the Library row that matches what changed in my List.  The problem is then adding the HTTP request, I'm 100% lost and don't understand ANY of how to do that and all my attempts have come up with errors.  I've attached some screen captures with the information if that helps.
