How to add attachments from Forms/Power Apps into Sharepoint List

Hi all

I did a Forms that contains the option to add attachments. 

The problem that I have is that I don´t see in flow the option in Flow of adding the attachments into a sharepoint list.

For example, this is my table.

As you see, the last column contains the Attachment column.

When I go to flow I see this:

The attachment column of the sharepoint list does not appear in the create item. How can I add the attachments into sharepoint list using flow?

The attachment was added successfully to the sharepoint list but when I downloaded it, it was a 1kb non readable format.

Here is my flow:

I had added an image in the forms.

What do you see wrong?

I guess the problem is because of the 'Title' and 'Add attachm...'. Both are responses to your forms, right? I mean direct outputs from 'Get response details'. But I guess you need some postprocessing.

Or, did you implement a 'Parse JSON' and a 'Get file content using path' to grab the file temporarily stored in your OneDrive? If not, good stuff here

I have 2 final concerns/questions.

The Forms has a limit attachment of 1GB, will the sharepoint list item retain up to 1GB too per row too?

The other question for @v-bacao-msft is that I see the attachment option is only available for people within the same organization. Is there any way that in the short term MSFT will consider to enable Forms with attachments to be shared to people outside too?

This attachment option is very powerful but unfortunately I dont know what other alternatives I have while this restriction is active.

If this feature could be enabled it would be great! I want to share the Forms with bottlers from our System and have their attachments in our SP lists.

Hi @diegoandre10 ,

I am afraid this is a feature that MS Forms does not currently support, File upload is only available when "Only people in my organisation can respond" is the selected setting.

As for the size limit for items, will the sharepoint list tolerate a 1GB upload attachment? I read it can handle per item 250 MB only.
