How to concat date and time to timestamp

So there is another post relating to this issue, but the solution is for forms. I have an adaptive card where the user inputs a date and time that is then used in a 'delay-until'. I have attached a picture showing the steps.

What I would like to know is how to use concat to merge the date and time. I believe I have the wrong syntax but am unable to find any resources to help me out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hey there.  So, a couple of things...you might not need the concat, but I'm pretty sure you won't need the body() part.  Also, the "Z" at the end is going to indicate UTC when the time from your user is probably local, ya?

Have you already tried just "<Dynamic Date Value> T <Dynamic Time Value>"?  I'm wondering if that might be a step in the right direction.

Tried it the way you suggested and I unfortunately still get a failed run.

Removed the "Z" because you're absolutely right, I do want the time to be local!

What's the error that you're getting?  Can you show the data coming out of the past runs?

I actually made it work! What was missing was the ":00Z" at the end of the compose!

I'm still struggling with this. Because according to this solution, you are forced to work with the date in UTC. 

I find that I can use my concat string in an expression without the Z but if I want it as input into the Delay Until connector, it forces me to use the Z. 

In a weird way, it makes sense that the Delay Until connector needs the time as UTC because it clearly can't tell where we are - so my workaround now is to use ConvertTimeZone:

ConvertTimeZone(concat(outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/xxx'],'T',outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/xxx'],':00'),'new zealand standard time','utc')

Definitely more used used to converting time from UTC which makes this feel a bit weird.
