I want to create a scheduled flow to read data from a web page like a particular column of first row from html table in web page and store it in variable and use this variable to execute a stored procedure in Azure. I cant see web UI flow in my power automate. Please advise how to create this flow.

The data you want, although appears on the page, is actually loaded dynamically via JavaScript. So it is best not to get the content from that page at all.
Instead you can grab the JSON of the records used to populate that page directly, which saves the hassle of having to parse HTML. Anyway, because it is somewhat complicated, I have put the required code into a scope, which you can paste directly into a flow to test it out. Simply copy the code below, and paste it into your flow, then it will show you the steps required:

I want to select the 1st item that is 14.04.2021 and 3rd item in the output array which is 0.07363 and assign them to a variable. I tried by using array function but was not able to. Please help me on this too.
