How to grant access to an event list

This is my first time making a flow with power automate. From my testing, my flow works as intended I just ran into an issue towards the end when I tried to implement it.

The purpose of the flow is to grab the email of users from an excel table and grant them access to a SharePoint item, a Staff Calendar. The excel table is updated with new employees so I added a 1-week reoccurrence trigger. 

My issue is the final action "grant access to item or folder". In my testing it worked because I was just using a temporary word doc to grant access to, but the actual item I want to grant access to is a Staff Calendar and its type is "event list". From what I understand, the grant access action doesn't work for event lists. I'm an admin/full control on the SharePoint site.

Is there a way I can alter this flow so that I can grant users access to an event list? Or is this something that I can't do in power automate and is more of SharePoint permissions settings thing?

Pls choose "Enter custom value" from the List/Library drop down:

Now, manually type "Events" in the dropdown box and set the other required parameters:

Thanks for your reply, however I'm still a bit confused. I'm finding SharePoint extremely difficult to navigate and understand how it works.

I've attached image of what I'm trying to give access to. If I click on staff calendar the URL looks like this, Lists/Staff%20Calendar/calendar.aspx. From what I understand the ID for the event list is the "20" and the calendar.aspx is the view? Whatever a view is? Is a view an item with the event list and it has its own ID? Sort of a rhetorical question just to show my confusion but yeah.

I tried entering "Events" in the "List or Library name" field like you said, and 20 as the ID and it didn't work and threw a 404 error. I also tried entering "Staff Calendar" as the List or Library name field and the ID as 20 and that flow ran successfully but it grabbed a single employees leave list or something so that's obviously not what I want, but I understand why it did that. Staff calendar is located in the site contents so is site contents a list?
