Could you please send pictures of run results from one of the bottom 2 actions. The SendBatch or Results action outputs.

Yes, it’s giving a bad request error for every line there.

What columns in the SP list are you trying to send to? (Preferably you can also mention their datatypes if it isn’t obvious)

And what do your inputs look like in the GenerateSPData action?

there are the columns then I try to send from input to output.  And I do not see where (which step) you can edit their datatypes ?

Director,  PM,  Department are all single line string value in SP line within my input.

At any point did you change the column names in SP?

SharePoint will keep the 1st name you give a column on the back-end, so if you change it, you still have to use the 1st name given to the column in these actions.

no, i don't think so.  is something wrong in the flow as my parameters, which step is most likely cost the problem?

I might changed other column's name, but not those three columns, those are the most straight forward string value column I have

Why does the note on the settings say “List to batch delete items from”

Is that a typo in the batch create template, or did you copy the batch delete template & rename stuff?

where it is that notes? I did not see that notes ?  And why this matter to us?

@Yi66

Okay, it’s probably a typo on the template.

The main things that can go wrong with this are incorrect column names, incorrect data types, or as @wskinnermctc mentioned, incorrect list names, especially if the list name was changed or contains special characters like dashes, underscores, or spaces.

@Yi66 - have worked with a number of people directly that have contacted me directly via my blog. I plan to update the post to put some of the regular problems that can happen.

As you have discovered, when you send a batch, the result is always success, but the real results are in the return value.

Every time I have looked at this problem, it has always been because of a change that someone has made. The batch process is incredibly fussy, one harmless looking modification kills the whole thing.

As @takolota has said, you may have a typo or incorrect column name.

In particular a lot of people seem drawn to modify the compose action called batchTemplate. If you remove or change any of the line breaks in this compose, the whole thing fails silently. The same is true of the SendBatch action.

Go through each action carefully and check. If you cannot find anything, I will take a look for you.

the onlything i've changed is my site address  & list name and my GenerateSPData step map columns

and my table in list rows present in a table

Thanks @Paulie78

Whenever I use these batch actions, I also often change out the Results Compose with a Results Append variable action. Then I use an expression that posts the results if they contain any of the normal error phrases + codes or posts nothing if everything was successful.
That way at the end of the flow I can use a condition to check the length of that variable and Terminate the flow as a failure if it contains any results.

@Paulie78 , for some reason it still shown nothing, if you can take a look at it, will be really appeciate it.

Yi66, did you ever get this to work. I was able to get it to work once I figured out what the SharePoint list columns needed to be. If you are using his downloadable flows to start from and are testing, make sure your list that you create has the following 3 fields: "InvNum" type Number, "Invoice Amount" (including space) type Currency, "Customer" type single line of text and make the default "Title" column "Not Required". Once I did that, everything worked. See attached print screen. I hope that helps.
