I have two lists I want to update if either list is updated or created with a flow

I've looked at several forums and nothing seems to be working correctly.

When I submit a new item in LIST1, LIST2 keeps updating with the same item several times.

When I submit an item in LIST2, LIST1 doesn't update or does not create a new item.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What are you trying to do exactly?

You have processes that update either list Transfer or list ITRequests.

And if in either list an item is updated or created, you want to update the other list.

If that's the case, then the main problem that you will run into is a loop. Because the flows will trigger each other.

So, that' what you'll need to handle: for example with a condition that the item will only be updated if the last change is more than a minute ago.

I'm essentially going to have others lists that updates the ITRequest. Would you mind providing a visual of what you are referring to?

I'm still unclear about what you are trying to do.

You have one list "Transfer" and a list "ITRequest".
And you want to update/create items in "ITRequest", when there is a change in "Transfer". 

Do you have a third list that should also update ITRequest?

Should a change in ITRequest cause changes in Transfer?

Yes, I have four other lists.

If each list is updated or item is created, I want the ITRequest list to update.

And If ITRequest list changes, I want Transfer list to update.

Ok... what is the primary key that will tell you which row in ITRequest matches the rows in each of the other lists?

Is the ID of ITRequest stored in the other lists by any chance? (That would be best)

I have a calculated column "Ticket Number' that creates a unique number depending on the selection. I was afraid to use the ID, since there would be the same ID using different lists - but open to options.
