If Excel column is FALSE, then send email message

Hello there, I have a form set up with a few True and False questions. I am looking to create a flow that will automatically email someone if any of the four questions they've answered are FALSE, but my flow isn't giving any output.image1.png

Here's my flow:

Sure, here is a POC:

Here is my example form - it is different than yours, mine I will be looking for True values

Using the Get response details, we can grab the answers dynamically

Next if your users are using office365 you can easily get their display name using Get user profile, and passing in the Responders Email. And than send your email off

Hello @Anonymous

When you say your flow is not giving any output, what do you mean by that?

Is there a run from history you could screenshot?

Hi @Anonymous

Okay I can help you with that. But I want to understand what did you change in order to get the emails?

How have you been triggering the flow? By filling out the form or by using a test/previous run?

@Jcook  I changed the format of the true/false columns in Excel, and changed the condition to 'Contains'. I did not change anything else in the Flow. I have been triggering the flow by submitting a new form response, yes.

Hi @Anonymous

Did you want 1 Email with all the people who cannot come in office?

Or just 1 email with the 1 person who submitted the form, if this is the option, you may be missing one crucial part, That is the action Get response details from the MS form. Since the List rows in Excel is listing all rows, we would need to know who has submitted the form

How are the details from the form being put in excel?

@Jcook1 email with the 1 person who submitted the form. How would the flow look like for that? Would it be:

When a new response is submitted-->Get Response details-->List rows present in a table-->Apply to each?

Yes, but why are using the data from excel rather than using the answers to the form?

@Jcook I had no idea that was possible! If I want to do that, how would that flow look like? Check to see if any of the answers are false, and if they are, then send an email out
