In each department, automatically send Approvals from direct reports to their respective Heads of Departments or Manager

Hello Guys, 

So far my experience with Flow is becoming exciting thanks to this lively forum. 

I am building a very basic flow that will require that the Head of department of each of my departments will have to approve in the case when He/she is not the direct report of the requester. 

I'm looking at some tutorials on this but its not exactly fulfilling my request and manually adding the e-mail id of the head of department will defeat the dynamic automation of the various chain process.

Could you please explain more details about the requirement?

Do you want to send the request to the manager for an approval when the request is submitted? Does the request would be created by adding an item to a sharepoint list?

Hello @v-alzhan-msft , 

So basically when the Manager (Get Manager) approves, I need his/her Head of Department (or his boss in the department) to receive the item to approve before it leaves the department. 

As you demonstrated in your shots, when an Item is created, i'm able to get the line manager of the creator to approve with the Get Manager. what i need is for the Head of that department who is the director (2nd level manager of the get manager) to receive the item when the Manager approves for each department dynamically before finally leaving to another department for action.

this is very important when there are more than one levels of approval in a department that requires pre-approvals
