Issues with Edge and IE

When I'm using IE "11.0.10240.17202" and Edge "20.10240.17146.0" it looks like none of the styles comes through and it just becomes a list of items. Chrome and Firefox work perfectly but Edge and IE don't work.

@Anonymous what locale are you in? Does this always repro (even after refreshing your page or starting with a fresh browser session)? Did this start happen recently or has it happened for a while?

Feel free to paste a screenshot for further review, as well as a copy of the URL you are using.

Thanks!

Hi Beran42,

What kind of error do you get? Could you show us a screenshot of the error and more details about “it just becomes a list of items”?
How do you sign in the flow page? Do you use https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/ to sign in?

Best regards,
Mabel Mao

I also just ran a reset of my IE and restarted my computer, no dice. I also tried logging in to different accounts and still nothing.

Hi Beran42,

Thanks for your reply. Once I got the same issue with you, when I signed in flow.microsoft.com, it became a list of items, just like the screenshot you have provided. What I did to resolve it was to close the browser and sign in again, also clear the cache. This worked on my side.

Now are you able to login flow.microsoft.com without this error page? Could you provide your OS and the version of your browser?

I will try to report this from my side and take a further investigation on it.

Best regards,
Mabel Mao

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I don't know how it got fixed but this morning it magically worked. My IE didn't get a new update, I was already signed into Flow, and it was the same account I have always used.

I wish I had an answer because this happened for over a month but it's working now. I'll let you guys know if I find out the culprit. Thanks again for all the help!.

Hi Beran42,

This happened for over a month, so within this whole month, you were not able to sign in flow with IE/Edge till this morning?
Is there a possibility that your browser may be running in high security mode or script execution is disabled?
You said that both your IE and Edge didn’t work, now IE is working, how about Edge?

Best regards,
Mabel Mao

Looks like a related issue has arisen again.

Flows could be viewed and edited in Edge and IE until today.  Now all the icons are giant sized and messed up.

Indeed, the problem is back: MS Flow works fine on Chrome, not on IE...
