Item is being updated as Approved when all users have not approved the item.

Hello,

I am new to power automate and have been trying to create an approval flow where all users identified in my SP list of "Decided By" must approve the item.  The flow is working all all users are receiving the approval, however, once any one of them approve it is updating the item in SP to approved even though others still need to approve.  Here is what my flow looks like:

I think it might be the condition.  Try using the standard Outcome equals "Approve" (no quotes) and switching the paths.

With the way you've got your approval set up, the approvals engine will do the work of tallying up the responses before deciding the outcome,  so you don't need to worry about the 'contains rejected' part.

I believe this is what you meant, however, it is still updating the item as approved as soon as the first person approves it.

Ah, ok.  I missed the top Apply to Each loop...here's what I think is happening:

Your "Decided By" is a list (array) of people, so that's why it triggered that top loop.  If there are three people in the Decided by field, it is actually creating three different approvals assigned to a single person.  That's why you're getting results with the first response.

You'll want to combine the people in that list into a single string, and then set that as your approvers.

Your responses bit will still have to be inside of a loop since each approval can have multiple responses, and it looks like you're wanting to capture the comments, correct?  So once we get the approvers bit fixed, you'll probably be good to go.

Ok, @edgonzales  - I updated the flow, but for some reason the Apply to each 2 is failing with the error.  Below is my flow, do you know why I am getting that error?
