Iterate multiple lists in share Point and copy newly added items into SQL table

Hi team,

I am working on a flow for below requirement -

Requirement Overview - There are 36+ SP lists which have same columns but, they contain data for different countries. Our requirement is, whenever new rows are added any SP list than those items should be added in SQL table.

So, it's Many (SP lists) to 1 (SQL table) Case.

However, facing below issue in Send_an_HTTP_request_to_SharePoint' action.

Error details - ''The expression "web/lists(guid 67fbb12c-3b5d-4e34-8759-aa6ff10d144a)" is not valid.
clientRequestId: fed735fd-ed46-422f-a37e-632e39f8fe35
serviceRequestId: 87d211a0-f01c-c000-b59f-26f70c672596

Could you please help to resolve the error. 

Also, need to check if, there are new items added to a list then need to copy the same in SQL table.

Hi @AJ_vizMan ,

you seem to be using the wrong expression to send the HTTP request. It should look more like this:

Checking if there are new items will probably be difficult.

You will save yourself a lot of hassle if you create one flow for each list, which triggers on a new item and adds this item to an SQL list. Create such a flow for one list, copy it and change the trigger for each to a different list. The downside here is that you will have a lot of flows.

Thanks @leo85 , have created separate flows for each of the list. Though it's time consuming but, it's one time effort.

Hi, @AJ_vizMan , I appreciate that you resolved this your own way, but I'd still like to help with the flow, as it should work.

Regarding using 'Display Name' ... that's all well and good (and has issues when names change from their original), but the whole point of the exercise was to take a GUID (not a name) and convert that into a usable URL to the list.

What I believe is wrong is this:

web/lists(guid 67fbb12c-3b5d-4e34-8759-aa6ff10d144a)

For that particular run, that should be:

web/lists(guid'67fbb12c-3b5d-4e34-8759-aa6ff10d144a')

So you currently have a space and no single quotation marks.

Put the 'Name' inside two single quotation marks with no space and it'll run OK. Mine just ran an hour ago with that.
