List all shifts start/end times does not work

Hello!

I have build a flow where I have to get assigned task for the person on current day shift. I have succeeded to assign task to all planned shifts but when I enter start/end times in "List all Shifts" it does not return any output and therefore no tasks are created and assigned.

This is when it returns:

And when I put times there is no output:

Can anyone help?

Thank you!

@UBJAN i've reported it as a bug.  By comparison, the list all open shifts function works with dates in the from and to times.

Dear @DamoBird365

It turns out there was some kind of bug with my group. I created new group and now everything works as it should.

But it is interesting that you could replicate the issue. Maybe there was some update in between. Anyways, I will mark it as complete, thank you very much!

Hi @UBJAN

Sorry if this is an obvious answer, but have you got any shifts between 24th Feb at 20:04 and 25th Feb at 20:04?

Have you tried specifying 00:00:01 as the start time and 23:59:59 as the finish or trying expanding the periond for the whole week 22nd - 26th?

Damien

Hi@DamoBird365

Thank you for suggestion, but unfortunately it does not change a thing. I your times and also only start time, but it returns values only if I put no time at all.

Morning @UBJAN

In the flow where you have no values at all in the start/end, please look at the history of the run and copy an example here from the outputs.

Thanks,

Damien

Hi @UBJAN,

I'm with you on this.  I've setup a test shift and get results with no filter but get nothing as soon as I provide a date even if I make the start date 2020-01-01T00:00:00.  I will have a play with it later in the day unless anyone else has had experience.

@UBJAN

Glad you are sorted.  I have just jumped back on to my flow and it still isn't working so I will leave the bug open for now.  I can try it again another day.

Thanks

Damien

Same issues here, I've added a new group, but that hasn't fixed it.

This continues to be an issue and I beleive a bug in how power automate is not allowing an input or variable to include to time zone as it is truncating the time to this:

2021-10-18T02:58:15
If I manually type in the same data as the variable string, it works.  I have tried this string as well and the UTC is removed.  "yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss:fffZ"

This is related to list all shifts.  If anything is changed from the default or manually typed in fields, it will error.

I had List All Shifts working at one point then suddenly stopped returning results.  With no time parameters set it works but same issue as well, entering the start and end time manually or through variable will not return any results.  Also attempted a new schedule in Shifts with no success.

Ideally this will be resolved soon.

Seeing similar issues. I believe it is a combination of a few things. Data and time zones not being processed correctly. Time zone differences affecting, even after using the convert time zone widget.

I found that in order to retrieve a specific Shift, I had to essentially use the day preceding and day following - which got weirder when the shift went across midnight.

I thought I finally had it worked out but apparently not. I am either getting "no shifts" or "multiple shifts".  I am going to try to compose the dates with a set time to get the specific shift I desire.  It is very quirky.
