Look for checked out Documents in a SharePoint Library and check them in.

I have created a flow to upload documents to a library and update the metadata. Everything works perfectly but the documents are still in checked out status.
I want to create a separate flow that will check the checked out status of the documents and if yes, use the "check in file" operation available in Power Automate to check-in all documents that are in checked out status.

Will be very grateful for help please.

This works so long as:
1) Document has INITIAL version and is checked-out.

2) Document was uploaded by the account which the Flow uses and still checked-out.

How can we handle or is it possible to handle documents that have no checked in version and uploaded by an account other than one running workflow? I've tried to create workflow that is triggered by create or modify, and since there is no checked in version, workflow is unable to detect the newly uploaded checked-out file unless it was uploaded by account tied to workflow.

You can use out of the box option provided by SharePoint Online. Under Library Settings - Permissions & Management, you will find an option 'Manage file which has no checked in version'

@PrasadAthalye yes, I could, but that is what i'm trying to automate with a workflow. Currently our Admins have to go in there and manually take ownership and check in hundreds of documents a day. Yes, check in/check out setting is turned off. No, there are no required fields that are missing from being filled out. This is the problem. Documents uploaded are automatically checked out and has never been checked in (no version). Have no clue why. Therefore, trying to come up with workflow solution to automate. Is this even currently possible via Power Automate to access ALL checked out files (even ones with no version / never checked in) to check them in like using the UI? Above solution only works for situations I initially stated. Thank you.

Yes, I have required check out setting turned off. Documents uploaded via drag & drop are automatically checked out, while documents uploaded via the upload-find file are checked in.

Tried the flow listed here and ideas found on other forums, but it seems that the flow doesnt even recognize the drop of a document.

In my case, I am trying to organize my contracts.

My library is called Contracts. A new item (contract) then creates a folder, where we place the contract. Based on a criticality choice of a contract (folder), a flow picks it up and moves it to a folder with correct permission settings for that contract (who gets to view).

The contract owner then uploads documents (word, pdf, excel) to that folder, which inherits metadata from the Contract folder it was placed in (in my case, things such as contract ID, vendor etc)

These are the documents I am trying to check in. Currently by @PrasadAthalye option of having someone manually check in document by document.
I prefer an automatic flow for this. If that is not possible, I would like to at least have a scheduled flow running daily and handling the checking in of all documents.
