Majority wins approval

I am trying to build a approval flow that will have 11 people voting but when 6 vote approved the item should be approved and the approval stopped so not all of the people have to vote and then I want to store the results of the voting in the item in a SharePoint list as a PDF. I can't figure out how to do this could someone help

Only a crazy idea 😂

Create parallel branches for each approval and store the results in one array variable.

In another parallel branch, create a loop that checks this variable (don't forget a reasonable delay).

If your condition is met, save the result and exit the flow.

Especially you have to set reasonable limits in the Do until and a reasonable Delay.

I'm just wondering why I suggested the loop.
The test that is now in the loop can also be done at the end of each branch.

I hope Power Automate will add this kind of functionality by default at some point. Nintex has had this kind of task functionality (and, lots more - their task handling is phenomenal ... for the most part... 😓) since inception.

How could I adjust that flow to count the number of approved votes and when it reaches 6 to stop, because I don't see it here or am I missing something

The branch with the loop has a condition that stops the loop if the length of the filtered array is greater than 1 (since with 3 approvers you need 2 equal votes). Just increase it to 5.
