Manual Trigger flow get shared with date time

Hey all,

I'm currently working on a flow to add information about a SharePoint site into a List or Excel.

But i'm struggling with to get the shared on date time stamp. I think i'm nearly there, but it is not getting the output that i would like to see.

This is the current flow:

1. get file (properties only)

2. initialize variable - Type:string - Value:Empty

3. Apply to Each - outputs from step 1

4. Compose - input from the apply to each with 'SharedWithDetails' information.

5. Compose1 - Split compose step 4

6. Filter Array - output of step 5. Fliter on contains /Date

7. Compose6 - creating array an removing unnecessary value. 

array(split(replace(replace(join(body('Filter_array'),'"'),'\/Date(',''),')\/',''),'"'))

8. Apply to Each 1 - Outputs of step 7

9. Compose4 - set time

addSeconds('1970-1-1', Div(int(items('Apply_to_each_1')),1000),'dd/MM/yyyy hh:mm:ss tt')

10. Append to string variable - outputs of step 9

11. Create new item in a list.

And now im struggeling with step 10.

With step 9 i'm getting the information i need. But i'm unable to get it into the list.

It keeps duplicating the output the a new line:

I've tried the set variable but that only shows the last output it receives from step 9.

I hope someone can help me.

Hi Chris,

To create a list of strings, use variable type as array instead of string. When you use array then use "Append to array variable" action in step 10 to get the list or array of strings.

Thanks! I did a couple of tests, but it is for some reason still duplicating the outputs.

So i'm probably doing something wrong here.

This is the input of step 8 Apply to each 1

And step 9 is making a readable date and timestamp:

and after this i'm trying to pull this data into a list. But it is generating duplicates.

Hi @ndrake92 

Don't put the output of compose action in the variable. Instead write the same expression directly in append variable action. Pls add the expression directly in variable action:

addSeconds('1970-1-1', Div(int(items('Apply_to_each_1')),1000),'dd/MM/yyyy hh:mm:ss tt')

The compose action creates an array of values when added inside loop or 'Apply to each'.

Thanks again!

I've removed the compose and replaced it with the variable. But still the same output.

the thing i'm trying to accomplish is having a row with the dates when a folder is shared:

In Yellow the output i want in each line.

But it keeps adding it to the timestamps of the previous line.

I'm not even sure if this is possible.
