Missing attachment upload & Switch expression

Hello folks, I have two queries relating to the same Power Automate:

I have a Power Automate which runs from MS Form submission to upload file attachments from the MS Form into a SharePoint library and tag relevant information into the SharePoint columns.

There are three fields on the Form for attachments (two for single files, one for multiple files) and the Power Automate does not appear to upload attachments from one of those single attachment fields (the first attachment field in the form, the subsequent two are uploaded with no problem). I'm trying to work out why this attachment is being missed in the upload.

I am currently trying to understand the entire structure as to how it works as it was made by someone else but can share the "apply to each attachment" process in the Flow, the files are processed as follows:

One of the things I noticed was an if expression for the DocumentTypeValue field, which only caters to two of the uploaded file type fields. I tried removing this expression and rerunning the last run, the missing file was still not uploaded (though did not try running from new), the IF statement is as follows:

I need to add in a third option to line up to the three types of file upload. I am also trying to work out where the reference ID comes from for the initial if statement!

Hi,

The code etc would not work even if you added something there. The 3rd option has more than 1 attachment, so you would need to use more than 1 attachment "input".

What I mean is, in the If, it only chooses between a single document, not an array of documents. That one attachment "line" will attach one thing. 

But just for the sake of understanding, lets pretend #3 was only 1 document

1. Based on the current code, that big string is for Application Code, but we would need to know what the Supporting Documentation reference ID is as well.

Can you please Share with me the Trigger (and the Inputs to the Trigger).

Then can you please open a previous Run (from Details/Bottom of the Page/Run History

Once you open one, get a complete copy of the Output so we can review the Schema and try to figure out how best to help you.

I also tested a tweak in the Form, removed the first single attachment field that was not uploading and changed the other single file upload (which was uploading) to 2 attachments, and this has worked, so I have an interim workaround.
