Multiple Questions in form with multiple attachments - send in 1 email

Hey,

I am trying to pull all attachments uploaded to a form section, as attachements into 1 email. 

I have created a flow or
When a new response is submitted
Get Response Details
Initialize Variation (array)
Scoped all questions that have an upload, added a Parse Json and Append to Array for each.
Now what!? ha, I am totally stuck 😞

The form has sections based on 3 options, each section then has a section within that asks for uploads.
Without getting too complicated, if there a way of pulling all attachments uploaded to section then triggering a specific email based on the selection?

I have successfuly completed a flow for sigular file uploads but cannot get it to work for multiple upload q's.

Please explain like I am 5, I am very new to this! 🙂

Hopefully this is what you're looking for.

For this example, I have the following Microsoft Form with two sections, and within each section, a file upload question.

See full flow below. I'll go into each of the actions.

When a new response is submitted and Get response details is what you already have.

Compose Attachments (Compose) joins the two File Upload arrays together so we can loop through each one. It uses the following expression to combine (union) the Question 1 and Question 2 fields. Note that each field is also wrapped within a json expression to convert them from string to JSON. If you had more than two File Upload questions, then you would add them all here.

Initialize variable attachments creates a variable called attachments of type Array. We will add each of our files into this array.

Apply to each iterates over each of the items in Compose Attachments.

Get file content uses the following expression to get the content of the current attachment.

item()?['id']

Append to array variable attachments appends each of our files into our attachments array.

}

Send an email uses the attachments array for Attachments. Note that we need to set Attachments to Switch to input entire array.

If we uploaded two files for Question 1 and one file for Question 2, we would get an email similar to that below.

@grantjenkins Your resolution is what I am looking for. However, it looks like the send attachment via email is working not properly where it sent separate single files then another email which including all attachments. 

Any thought on this concerns?

@grantjenkins It's mistaken by apply each for all send emails. I figure it out already where I took the send email step out of the apply each. It worked now.
