My Flow is constantly in "running" mode

Hi, I have a flow that sends out emails based on the status condition and if its past due, asks for input, and updates the status field. I had a few colleagues test it by writing to the list. The flow is not sending out any emails and the list doesn't seem super large. It is about 20 rows.

Do you know why this is?

Based on the screenshot, it looks like send email with options is used and each AssignedTo value in the SP list are sent an email.

The flow would proceed only after each email recipient has chosen an option when he receives the email.

Please check if you need to send email to just 1 item on the list or email to all items in the list.

As @vikulkar has mentioned, the flow will only continue / finish once all the send email with options have been processed.

So if you have 10 items, it will send out 10 emails to the owners.
The flow will only continue once all 10 emails have an option selected by the user.

As was mentioned by @vikulkar , your Flow will pause on the Send an Email with options action until a response is received from each email.

You might consider the following solutions:

• Send a link to the item in an email instead of a send email with options with instructions to update the item
• Go into the settings for the loop and turn on concurrency - that way you loop will execute a bunch (all 20) at once if configured properly.

Also, you say no emails are sent - this indicates an issue with your condition.  I suggest taking a loop at your formatDateTime expression and verify that it is formatting the date to match how it is stored at the source (yyyy-MM-dd if SharePoint)

Thank you Scott, I had very similar issue when my flow did not send an email when I used (V3) but worked with (v2).
