Need help building flow based on Expiration date and sending email notifications

I am working on a project for the company I work for and need to create a flow based on the expiration date of a contract/agreement. The page is a library and not a list, but I've tried some of the videos online to build them, but I have sporadic errors and there's really no help on YouTube.

Conditions:

1. Send an email to the user that created the file and some pre-determined users that the contract is expiring (30 Days)

2. Run once a week on a Sunday at 6am to check the agreements for expiration

3. When sending an email include a list of all files that are expiring in the time frame (30 days)

The Columns I'd like to display in the email are Name, Created by, and expiration date

I had a previous flow created but I had to scrap it as I was getting individual emails for every file, so if 60 documents were coming up for expiry my inbox was flooded with emails.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @LoganJamieson 

You were probably using Apply to each to loop through all records in your previous flow.
Delete that action and instead use a Select action to map all the results.
Use the Create html table action to put those results into a nice table.
Drop the table into an email

Example:

I actually solved the output issue in my case, for my filter array I had it set to 'is equal to' but it wasn't picking anything up from my query, once I set it to 'is less than' my emails started to show up as they should have been.
