Need help creating a flow to consolidate data from multiple rows and send in 1 email and then update in excel status of email sent

Hi, I am seeking some examples to create a reminder flow to consolidate data in excel based on their project ID and then send 1 email to the person in charge instead of sending 1 email per row when the due date is up. Any suggestions? 

*The key ID will be the Project ID and the date added

Updates - I tried tried another method as stated in this link -

However, how do I add more conditions into the filtering. Any advice?

My condition will be the email (for the consolidated table) will be triggered on a specific day (1 day after "date added" column). Below will be the example for the excel information. (*Emails to be sent to each email address with their relevant Project ID + Listings on the next day after information added)

Hi there.  For the first part, check out this article:  Group a List for a Summary Using Power Automate

It uses a SharePoint list, but an excel list will work just as well (as long as it's in a table), Instead of grouping on the email address, you would group on the Project ID.

For the second part, you could do another "Filter Array" step to grab all the rows with the correct Project ID, and then an Apply to each loop to update the status of each row.

Hi Ed, thanks for your prompt response, I tried to follow the steps according to the website given, and this was my step

However, since I was using the Ref for grouping, may I check, where can I input the email addresses to be sent? (*Where can I "filter" this?)

For example, I have 5 records in my excel, whereby unique Ref consolidated was 2. So I only want 2 emails to be sent out to these 2 email addresses in the excel.

*Also, for creating HTML table, the problem I had was, if I were to "customize" the table (because I will only need 3 columns), I will have to get the inputs from excel (However, this will create another "apply to all" and it means, another batch of emails will be created?) *So how do I fix this loop?
