Need help in stop adding duplicates in a SharePoint List

Hi Team, I have totally 5 columns in a SharePoint List. Few people copy and paste via excel or do a manual entry. 

I wanted to trigger an email if column PO NUMBER and LINE NUMBER is already available in the list.

Example: if the list has PO NUMBER column is 123456 and line number is 5 and if a user tried to add the same two entries then I wanted to trigger an alert to an email ID. Is this possible?

Follow the below steps:

Expression I used under the IF condition is as follows:

length(body('Get_items')?['value'])

Under the filter query you can see I used PO_x0020_NUMBER, that's because the column name have spaces between. If you don't have spaces then use PONUMBER. Also here I created both columns as numeric. If they are string the use single quotes around it under the filter query.

I already mentioned in my earlier post. You can't put spaces for the columns under the filter query.

HI, I see the same error with or without codes for the same filter query you used. I have used even and in Uppercase and Lowecase in the filter query and still the same error.

Again if you look carefully the filter query you used capital case AND. This should be small case and. See my earlier thread.

Found the issue with column expression. They have used Title as PO Number column name. I changed the expression.

I see another problem now. the PO Number and Line Number values added to the list and I am not getting an email.

I have tried to add the existing column value and it is not triggering an email.
