OneDrive Convert to PDF issue

Hello everybody,

I have created the following flow:

1. Create an item in a list

2. Create a document in a Sharepoint library (DECLARATION TEMPLATES) using a word template. I have inserted in the the word template properties, the fields from the SharePoint library, using quick parts.

3. Create the document from the SharePoint library to OneDrive

4. Convert the word document in PDF using One Drive

5. Create the PDF document into another Sharepoint library (DOCUMENTS TO BE SIGNED);

The document contains 4 fields, type date. Everything is mapped correctly in the PDF document except the dates.

In the word document it is showed the correct dates (valid date = 18/02/2021 and Expiry date=18/02/2022)

In the PDF document it is showed incorrect dates (valid date = 17/02/2021 and Expiry date=17/02/2022).

The flow works fine but the PDF file have some incorrect data please see below the screenshots from the documents).

Please can you help me with it?

@claudia, strange one! 

Sounds like a time zone issue with the tool used to convert word to pdf.  I have done similar here where I convert data received from a Microsoft Form into a PDF using the free steps get file, create file, update file properties and convert file, albeit the convert file has to be done in OneDrive as the option isn't available in SharePoint it seems without using Premium.  What step do you use to convert the word document to PDF? 

Have you tried changing the document to include the date time to see if it is a straight 24 hour difference or a number of hours, in which case it would confirm a time zone problem with the step you are using.

I think the problem is in the SharePoint list, the dates are different than in SharePoint library.

My document is populated with the data from the SharePoint list.

It is very strange, because both of them (the list and the library) are created in the same site and they should use the regional settings from the site, right? Or should I do other settings for the list?

Hi, i'm not 100% sure about what those two images show me as one has 6, one has 5 items.  Can you tell me what step you use to convert from word to pdf?  Or share a screenshot of the flow?
