@Ines99

You can use the Planner Connector List Buckets and List Tasks to get all the Buckets and Tasks

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/planner/

And then use the SharePoint create Item Action to move the Planner tasks to SharePoint.

Hello @Mira_Ghaly

Thank you for your response.

But how I can use SharePoint create Item Action to move the Planner tasks to SharePoint ?

Thanks

Hi @Ines99

You need to do a Manual Flow->List Tasks -> Loop on them and then create item.

Hi, Is there a possibility to use ''when a task is completed in planner '' as trigger to update the same corresponding task in Sharepoint list (knowing that the Sharepoint list is created from Microsoft project Desktop file using synchronisation with Sharepoint)

You can now avoid a lot of this added complixity by using some SharePoint list templates that include Planner like features & several other tools:

Hi,

I'm doing something similar and my 'Create Item' has 'Claims' fields just like yours. Can you tell me if there's a way of making the flow import the name of the team member to whom the task was assigned from the Planner to the List?

Many thanks!

Is there a way to sync the Planner "assigned to" user in SharePoint list "assigned to" list column (column type: Person)? I am getting a User GUID from Planner but not sure how to translate that to Claims/Email in SharePoint.
