Post an adaptive card and trigger another flow when response is sent in?

My flow post an adaptive card with a form.

I am not using "wait for an response".

CardTypeId is set:

Then i have another flow with this trigger:

The same adaptive card as was posted is in the trigger

and also the ID

When i send in an response on the card.

Nothing happens. The flow is not triggered.

What am i missing?

I still cant get another flow to be triggered when an adaptive card is submitted.

Here is a new example:

Then in another flow that is to be triggered when the card is submitted looks like this:

But this flow is never triggered.

I could not reproduce the issue as the flow designed to catch the response triggers when I submit value from the teams:

Pls check if flow is not turned off.

That is so strange.

Post card flow:

I cant find anything that could be wrong.

All the flows are on. I have tried to turn them off and on.

I have tried to chagne run as user settings

But nothing seems to work.

The issue is probably the environment. Partway through this video he mentions that if you are not in the Default environment that the When someone responds to an adaptive card trigger will never run. This is a terrible experience for testing, in my opinion, and not ideal for my company's setup. Basically makes this whole process useless because I can never test it unless in production.
