Power Automate SharePoint Item Modified flow | Get changes items in List

Hello,

I just created flow to send email every time there is a change on item in specific SharePoint list.

I followed this video (Power Automate SharePoint Item Modified flow | Track Column Changes (Version History) - YouTube - great video btw.) but problem is, I am receiving email with information, which column was changed but not with the previous values.

As you can see here, when I use Send HTTP request to SharePoint, I will get previous values of those columns in my flow:

But when I will do Append to array variable, those values are not there (same goes for other three):

And my email looks like this:

Anyone any idea what could cause this issue?

HI @Stenly ,

I think you need to request the previous version of the item. For example:

 

Expressions are:

add(int(triggerOutputs()?['body/{VersionNumber}']),-1)
outputs('Get_changes_for_an_item_or_a_file_(properties_only)')?['body/SinceVersionId']

Hi @ekarim2020 ,

Thank you for your tip but that is what I am doing.
Here is my full flow (sorry if language is not correct - I had to translate it from my language to English):

* "Inicializovat proměnnou - HTML Code" => "Initialize variable - HTML Code"

As you can see, the flow is with no error.
Ans as you can see in my first contribution, I am getting values from the previous versions .. but I cannot get them into email .. 😞

And I also find out, when I change value in all columns, I will receive email and some previous value from column are in email but I am missing some previous values from other columns.
Unfortunately, it should not be because of  the type of column.

Because, for example I have column in the SHP list type "choice" from which I will receive previous value in email but there is other column, same type, but no value in email.

Hello @ekarim2020 ,

I have found a solution🙈.

The problem was in the original name of columns.

If there is "underscore" in the original name of column, flow cannot use the values and put them into email.

For example my names of columns were:

• osoba_za_IT
• datum_prvniho_svoz
• Titul
• Prijmeni
• Jmeno

And I have received previous values only from the columns Titul, Prijmeno and Jmeno.

I created new column called osobazait, did some changes and I did received previous value.

That was the whole problem.
