Power Automate and a Classic SharePoint Calendar web part

Happy Groundhog Day for those who celebrate!  Also known as Tuesday.

I have a Classic SharePoint Calendar web part that we use as an in/out board.  Every morning an email gets sent out to show who is off that day.

In an effort to get ahead of the inevitable SPD 2013 sunset, I'm trying to convert them all to PA.

This sounds simple enough, just have a recurrence trigger and run the workflow through the list and grab anyone who has their time off day equalling today.  Easy, peasy.

The trouble is in the old calendar web part, the date-time field isn't quite a date-time field.  When someone selects "All day" in the calendar, it displays that as All Day in the SPD designer workflow.

In power automate, it displays it as being 8pm the day before, because of Redmond, WA being embedded as the default time somewhere in the depths of the tenant (we've already looked in all the spots, and everything is set the way it's supposed to, of course, if anyone has ideas), so I'm using the "add hours" expression.

Anyway not really the point.  I would like to display the date-time field in the email as Feb 02, so I put in the expression string, addHours(body('Convert_time_zone_start_date'),25,'dd MMM')  - the 25 adds hours to the start time, I'm playing around with the minimum number of hours.

Instead of Feb 02, the email show "eb 02".  Any help would be appreciated.  Here are my screen shots.

Format string syntax:

addHours(body('Convert_time_zone_start_date'),25,'dd MMM')

addHours(body('Convert_time_zone_start_date'),25,'s')

After that pass compose output in Base Time and in format string use- String('dd MMM').

Your second part of the solution, I'm not sure about.

Do I add another compose statement, and use the output from the previous compose action?  What is the syntax?

in Base Time and in Format String- choose custom value from dropdown and use expression String('dd MMM')

@Hardesh15 - that worked.  Now, it shows 31 Jan, which is the time zone problem again. 

When you suggested add hours, the expression is this:

addHours(body('Convert_time_zone_start_date'),25,'s')

What does the 's' stand for - seconds?

@smorley you do not need add hours if you are using action Convert Time Zone. i was amazed at first glance why you were using it.

@Hardesh15 - if I don't add hours to it, it actually reads in the email as January 31st at 8:00 PM.  It should be February 1, 12:00 AM.

Once I added 25 back to the "add hours" action it's working fine.  Thanks for all your help @Hardesh15
