Problem in creating HTML table by compose action

Dear Friends,

I need your help in to create HTML table by using compose action. Below inputs of compose action gives output same as input instead of giving output HTML table.

Did you try using "Create html table" action for creating html table. It is the easiest way to create an html table from an array of objects.

I am not able to set filter array action for input in "Create html table" action.

What should be the From and Filter query expression of filter array action that give “Value”  Drug, Event Narrative because these three have 0 in output of select action.

Below is the flow structure.

1. When New response submitted.
2. Initialized variable

3. Get Response Details

4. Select

Output of select action while testing flow.

I want to create HTML table as below. Drug, Event and Narrative has 0 in output of select action on above test flow so table should create like this.

You could skip "Select" action and use the query to filter data directly in 'Filter array' action:

Click "Edit in advanced mode" and enter the below query to compare value of each item with the values in MS form fields:

@or(equals(item()?['Value'], outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/rc8b5ed66a30e42afaa1c1813f6b7a929']),equals(item()?['Value'], outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/rc8b5ed66a30e42afaa1c1813f6b7a929']),equals(item()?['Value'], outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/rc8b5ed66a30e42afaa1c1813f6b7a929']))

Pls replace the ids with actual field ids in the above expression.

Finally, pass the output array of filter array action to "Create HTML table" action to get the required html table.

Here are the steps post filter array action:

1. In Create html table action pass the body of filter array action. Select "Custom" in columns:

Add text in header & expression in Value textbox:

Database field with error

item()['Value']

2. Add compose action to provide styling to the html table:

Pls modify the css as per your need. I tried my best to match the styling 🙂

3. Finally, add send an email action and pass output of compose action with output of html table to get the required table:
