I regularly get emails where I want flow to send a custom reply to the email address that is in the body of the email. The emails are always formatted the same as the example below:
“

We would like to send the visitors a custom email based on the organization to the email address that is found in this email. (and if possible, this email attached as .PDF to the custom email).
Flow is still new to me and searching on google for a few hours did not really got me anywhere.
If you got the solution you are my hero!
Greetings, Koen
Cal you tell me if the emails that you receive are formatted? If so, can you post an example (with confidential info blacked out of course)?
below a image of how the new emails come in. It looks to me that they are not formatted.
Thu unit / Group name that i mention can be: Bevers, Welpen, Scouts, Explo. If i can get it working for one of the groups I can get it to work for the other ones. But first it needs to read witch group it is so it can send the corresponding message.

Ideally, if you could post the HTML source of the message and put it on pastebin.com then we could help you build a flow that does what you want. If are receiving this message in Outlook you can go to actions and then view source:
This will give us a true representation of the email as you receive it. If you are worried about posting confidential information, you could fill out of the form that generates this email with a fictitious data.
Here is the link to the pastebin: https://pastebin.com/JcTxfEzG
Before i could get to the source code of the email i did need to change the format from Aa Plain Text to Aa HTML. Don't know if that might be an issue.
The email addres used in the form for the vissitor is one of my own organization.
-Koen
Ah ok, if the message was originally plain text anyway, just past the plain text here, but in a code window, to build a flow out of it we need it to be as close as possible to the original. But if it is plain text, that is simple.
Good to hear for some it is easy 🙂 Hope you mean this by code window? Did a simple CNTRL+A and pasted it there. The form can come in in 2 languages, Dutch and English. Both have the same layout, only different languages. I don't know how complicaded the flow will be but I think I can make a translation between them.
