Recurrence email - Extract specific fields - Use variable in "sent to" input

Hi everyone, hope all si well.

I have a PowerApp that uploads information of a certain events into a Sharepoint list.
Two important information that is uploaded in different fields are: Date and mail.

I am looking to have email sent to the mail (email address) 5 days before the informed Date. This mail should contain the Date the user has uploaded at the start.

Example: User uploads the event, the informed date is 30 of april and mail is mail.com.
At the 25th of april, there should be a mail sent that says "You have got 5 days before start of event that starts the 30/04/2024."

This is a simplification but still asserts to what i am looking for.

As of now i got this (see AutomFlow_1 and 2)
The Filter query works correctly but I have 2 issues:

1. I want to extract only the fields Date and email in the get items action. How do i write that in Limit Entries To Folder ? Or do I need to do something else? - See red arrow in the AutomFlow_getItem.PNG
2. How do i use a field value (from my SharePoint list) in the "sent to" input - See red arrow in AutomFlow_SendEmail.PNG

I am pretty new to all this if there is some logic involved, a small explanation would be appreciated.

I did a test for your reference.

In my scenario:

Please switch to classic designer.

I created a schedule flow that will send email notifications every morning at 9 am (I am in UTC+8 zone).

If your date column name is ‘Date’, please copy this expression in the Filter Query of Get items.

Date eq '@{addDays(utcNow(),5,'yyyy-MM-dd')}'

Thanks, It works, but the problem i gave is simplified and my sharepoint list will have many columns and many fields with mails.
I would still like to know how to use the "Limit Columns by View" 
I really would like to prefer to only Get the Columns i will be using. In this example Date and VP_mail

Could you please try and copy the view ID from the URL on the edit view page:

and paste it in Get items input field:

On top of that i got a small follow up question:
If i have a single sharelist column with several mails seperated by comas
Can i use that column in my flow to sent mails to all the email addresses?

Hi @Lino ，

1) Yes, you just need to copy the URL code into it.
2) Could you please show me a screenshot of your email column? Is your mail column a single line text column?
