Reminder email based on due date in excel

Hello,

I am new to power automate, i am trying to create a flow which will send a reminder email to my team member on a specific due date. I am from India and my time zone is "(UTC+05:30) Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi", my reminder due date in excel is in date-month-year (dd-MMM-yyyy) format. An email has to be sent for the task on the reminder date mentioned. I have not added email id in the table as it is not dynamic. Can any one please help me build the flow.

Removed because my question changed. See other reply.

Hello,

I am trying to build a flow based off of this one that will send an email out to a responsible member of my team when a chemical for which they are responsible in the lab is nearing it's expiration that will remind them to reorder it.

This is the test spreadsheet I am working off of to set it up:

The flow that I have set up is working but it is sending me 12 emails that all say the 2 chemicals are due for reorder. Since there are 2 rows in my spreadsheet I am assuming I am getting an email for each row that it is checking. I believe this is happening because when I go to add the "Send an email" step, it automatically converts it to an "Apply to each" step when I select the Responsible Person Email dynamic content.

Is there a way to have it not send an email for each row and only for the rows that are due?

Thanks in advance for any help.

hi @v-LilyW-msft
Based on your suggestion, is worked!

But i would like to received the email when due date only, is it possible?

Currently, because of recurrence flow it will trigger everyday. But the email will continue send daily even though dont have due date.

Thanks in advance.

best regards,

CK Teo
