SAP to Excel upload tasks

I would like to create a flow that takes a list from Excel and uploads it to SAP.   Is this possible with MS-Flow? 

Example: 

1.   Excel sheet is populated

2.   MS-Flow Opens SAP and login prompted

3.   T-Code entered by MS flow

4.   MS-Flow pulls the data from the excel sheet, enters it into SAP, and Executes (press F8)

5.   MS-Flow pulls the next line and continues until error or skips error and continues to completion. 

6.   Returns list of errors.

Could you please explain more details about the error that you mentioned?

Microsoft flow could get rows from a existing excel table and save the rows to a sharepoint list currently, if you want to get rows from a existing excel table and save the rows to a sharepoint list, you could take a try with Microsoft flow.

Correct Flow can pull from Excel. 

Can MS-Flow paste into SAP Fields and run run procedural, resume on error, or pause on error.  

For Example:   I can do this right now using SAP-GUI scripting wrapped in W32 shell.   Take an excel sheet of data,  and paste into SAP, and run until complete.  It can also be done with Python, or PowerShell.  

I want to know if I can do this with MS-Flow?  take an excel sheet and paste the cells of the excel, into the fields in the SAP GUI and run until complete or action based on error. 

EXAMPLE 2:   Can MS-FLOW take from an excel sheet and paste into web page fields.  then execute until the excel sheet is complete or an error takes place.

Sorry for the answer is no.

The functions that you mentioned is not supported in Microsoft flow currently.

This can be achieved using UI flow. Please find the screenshot of the flow I currently use.

I think you can do this.  You'd need to create a UI Flow, use WinAutomation to create an RPA/RDA task, use that task to run a VBScript or console app which uses the SAP GUI Scripting API, handle any returned values (you'd design that), and ultimately run your UI flow from another Power Automate flow.  I just tried this at my work, and I can create a mobile app with a button, hit it, and connect to a designated computer via a gateway to run the UI Flow.  The trick is that I don't personally have permissions to create a gateway!

So in summary:
Power App (mobile, web, etc; optional) ->

Power Automate flow ->

Power Automate UI Flow ->

Connects to a virtual machine or PC with WinAutomation installed ->

Runs a WinAutomation process, which itself runs a VBScript or console app YOU have created ->
The script or app uses the SAP GUI Scripting API and other COM interfaces to get your Excel, gather data, handle it, navigate SAP, and insert into a form (probably something you've already created) ->

Any errors you'd capture yourself and set as return value in the script, which is handled in WinAutomation (if you created a console app, you might need to run it as a DOS program to capture the return value) ->
Everything else is handled in the flow like normal.

Hello Sir; 

a Powershell IDE or a PowerSHell Screen Macro Recorder is needed.   i'll call this "PSMR" 

ERP like SAP usually disable ABAP and Scripting.  

1.  Use ''PSMR'' to record a copy/past between excel and SAP.  (you now have your Skeleton Script Framework)

2.  Optional:  Wrangle the Excel data inside ''PSMR'' or VB  (like you would in Python-Pandas, or "R" Script IDE.)

3.  Run the script,   add bells and whistles as needed.

That's a good point, your organization needs to allow scripting in SAP.  Luckily mine does, so we've been able to leverage using the scripting API for all sorts of stuff.

I'm not familiar with recording in PS, but I would venture to guess it acts the same way as SAP's native "script recording and playback" feature, which basically just writes a VBS file.  If the final script is making use of the SAPGUI entry on the Running Object Table (in VBS, you'd see something like Set SapGuiAuto = GetObject("SAPGUI") having been written to the file), then you know your SAP can be scripted using the API.  Otherwise, it's probably acting like RPA software, utilizing the window handles (and if that's the case, be extra careful).

Regardless, sounds like you're on to something.  If you've got a program that can interact with SAP, then you can run that program down the Power Automate stack using a UI Flow, gateway, and possibly a WinAutomation process.
