Save Attachement .docx or .pdf >or< E-Mail Content to Share-Point and create Planner-Task

Hello Pros.

I would like to set up the following flow:
When an email arrives with the subject "Feedback", I want
a) with a docx or pdf attachment: put the attachment in a folder and generate a Planner task from it.
b) without a docx or pdf attachment (i.e. the feedback is in the text / body of the mail): generate the email as a file, for example, file it on SharePoint and generate a Planner card.

• Include attachements: YES
• Only with attachements: NO

My Flow

• The attachment (the file on the SharePoint) doesn't need to be attached directly into the Planner card either, that's way too difficult for me.

Currently I have the problem that with both variants a mail is placed on the SharePoint.

In a), yes, only the attachment should be filed instead (not the Mail) and also only one Planner task should be created.

NO attachment and .pdf-File are correct

In many emails.png or.jpg files are included in the signature e.g. These should not be taken into account.

I am from Germany and have found nothing via search.

Ok, so firstly I see a problem with how you designed your flow. You get the email and immediately jump into an Apply to Each for attachments.

However, you stated that A) it should say Feedback and B) there may be NO attachments. 

So what you are doing is, lets say there are 5 attachments. 2 of the are PDF and DOCX respectively. You are going to call the Create File 3 times in the NO section for those 5 attachments.

What you want:

Step 1. a mail arrives

Step 2. Check the subject for Feedback

Step 3. Check if there ARE any attachments. Its not an apply its a Condition.

Step 4a. There are no attachments, you go to No condition path and write the email to a file, Create your planner Task, associate the file you created from the Email text to the Planner Task

OR

Step 4b. There are attachments, and you use your apply to each

In here put your Condition of check for if it's a PDF OR Docx. IF SO (Yes Path) Write it, Create the Planner Task. Attach the File you created to the Task.

BUT if this condition says NO its not a PDF or DOCX then do nothing with it.

This is why your code is not correct for what you described. I hope this helps.
