Search for Solution, Template E-Mails with Edit the Text before sending

Hi,

i am on my way to give up my Excel VBA Database.
I´ve got the Daily Update to Sharepoint running, but i got stuck with failing Solution in my Brainstorming Szenarios.

In my Solution in Excel, depending on the Status of the cells, an email from around 40 templates is opened in Outlook so that I can edit the standard Text before I send the email.

I've been thinking for a long time now about whether I know a way to do this using a power automate.
Unfortunately, we currently have a hybrid Tennant position where I can't try things out with the Outlook Connector yet.

Does anyone know a way to create standard templates in Power Automate, but not send them immediately but edit them before sending and then send them?

Not 100% sure what you mean. But hopefully I have it correct you could have it like this where you have inputs which go into your template:

Then in your email (which holds your template) you then have those fields populate in the correct places:

When I go to run it, it then asks me for the inputs:

Hi,

i try to show you my Solution now, its that way.

Mark the Row where is Status new, and i have updated a view cells with an X in Column A.

Than hit the Button for the VBA Macro >  Mails opened > Templated Text in it > Edit a view Text entrys and send.

Your Solution is, to add Text Templates, i already know how to do that, i wanna use html or maybe compose action for that.

But the challenge is, that these templates are not sent immediately as an email, but rather the email or template is made visible to me and I then send it after edit.

As an example:
Template Text is "This is a Solution"
but i wanna edit this before sending in "This i a solution in 8 weeks after purchase and billing".

This is just an example, I can't build templates for that and have to edit the text manually.

I haven't found any solution with using actual templates unfortunately. 

I guess you could use this to create the email and send it to yourself. 

You then review, edit and send it directly from outlook.
