Send Outlook Event to a FORMS answer question "YES"

Hello the Community

I try to create a Flow in order to send an event to the sender of my Forms.

My Forms is already created

My Event is already Created

As the sender answer YES to the only one question, my Flow must send the event (or add him to the liste of destinators)

So I need him to receive the event and click add to his calendar

I read several posts but I did not find the clue

I made the 2 first steps : [When a new response is submitted] + [Get Response details]

But I have only Get Event (V4) to configure.

It would be grateful if you can help me or show me a previous post that give me all the steps.

I try to update an existing event by adding the responder of the forms to this event

Here is my flow based on this example :

But the last action turn without ending

And I can't find this apply to each (the first one in the post)

Liste of respons... is not in the liste of value. I try with response Id or resourceData or body but it doesn't work too.

I also don't have Update Event (V2) but only Update (V4)

this Flow (image below) seems to work : the sender of the Forms receive the meeting and accepte it.

But the start time of my meeting change !

I schedule my meeting at 4pm and it is now at 2pm.

I define the same Time Zone both in the Flow and in my meeting...

Do you have any idea ?

Hi @Anonymous 

Please refer this:--

addHours(outputs('Compose'),2)

In your case you have to use 

outputs('Compose') instead of that you need to pass start time variable there.

This expression you need to write in expression.

Last important question !

When a new Forms response comes, all the previous invited people receive a notification.

Is it possible to avoid this ?

When you add someone in Outlook, you can choose if you notify all or only the added people.

Imagine you have 100 collegues invited in the meeting, that will send 100 notifications/mails for each new answer...

First you can close this case as Accepted Solution and recreate new case for that, so that even others will help with same issue.
