Send Single Email based on Values from an Array

In my Flow, I have three arrays:

• Array 1 - Contains all those who have attended a training.
• Array 2 - Contains all employees (attended or not).
• Array 3 - Contains all required trainings.

For each training, I have filtered the employees who have not attended the trainings:

On my first filter FilterArrayWhoAttendedEachCourse, I have filtered those who have attended the course.

Output:

And used it to filter those who didn't attend:

FilterArrayWhoDidntAttend output:

So the output I want to achieve for example should look like this:

Training Title: Data Privacy Training

[Users who didn't attend the training]

Training Title: Test

[Users who didn't attend the training]

and so on.

How do I achieve this?

@DamoBird365 - Hi! Final question, instead of the Join expression, how do you place the output of the users who didn't attend as an HTML table with a two-column design? Assuming that you add another column after first column is > 3 users.

Ex:

User1	User4
User2	User5
User3	User6
