Send an HTTP request to SharePoint to get questions details of forms error Unexpected response from the service

Good morning:

I need help from the community. I have a flow that worked perfect until a month ago. The flow was created for obtaining a quiz response details including points from Microsoft Office as a reference I used the following article Get Question details of Forms with Power Automate - MoreBeerMorePower (hatenablog.com) and a video from @Reza Dorrani. Now I am receiving the following error:

Bad Request: Unexpected response from the service

Here's some boilerplate items to review in a root cause analysis:

* Is one or more of the question values blank and causing the error?
* Check if your access to the form as changed; do you still have access?

* Check if one or more of the questions has changed?

* Review your licensing status.

Can you resubmit a successful run and duplicate the error?

No, the quiz has only 2 questions and both are required.

I am the owner of the form

No

Hi @Mariena ,

Thanks for sharing.  Are the questions numeric values and do you have restrictions on the question types?  I am wondering if there's a string value in there.

Also did you resubmit a previously successful run and duplicate the error?

HI @Mariena ,

I can reproduce the error if the Tenant Id or user (object) ID or  Form ID is wrong. Have any of these (user or form id) have changed or the flow edited?

I am getting the same error as Mariena. This API has been working for a long time in my Power Automate workflows. Nothing has changed in my tenant and suddenly this API stopped working.

If someone has some insight into this, please help....
