Send an email (V2) - invalidtemplate error

Hello, 

at the very end of my Flow I am using "Send an email (V2)" to send an email. 

As a test I have my email address in the TO field, a SUBJECT of "Test" and a BODY message of "Test".

Prior to adding this step, the Flow is successful. After adding this step, the flow fails.

Here is the error:

InvalidTemplate. Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Send_an_email_(V2)' inputs at line '1' and column '2793': 'The template language expression 'json(decodeBase64(triggerOutputs().headers['X-MS-APIM-Tokens']))['$connections']['shared_office365']['connectionId']' cannot be evaluated because property 'shared_office365' doesn't exist, available properties are 'shared_sharepointonline, shared_onedriveforbusiness'. Please see https://aka.ms/logicexpressions for usage details.'.

 Any idea why this happens?

Hi

How did you execute the flow? From Edit page, by clicking 'Test' and 'using data from previous runs'?

If so, try with 'I'll perform the trigger action' instead

my original test was from data from a previously successful run. 

I tried a test using "ill perform the trigger action" and it failed many steps before the Email.

I recognize the json(decodeBase64()) code as part of an image processing step prior to sending the email, but im not sure why it would have an effect on the email.

If your flow did not had any 'office 365 outlook related' action when you executed it, and then you add 'send an email' and 'use data from previous runs' the problem is, you haven't confirmed to use the new connector yet, that'swhy it failed.
The weird thing is, even if you click on 'i'll perform the trigger action' other errors are listed.
Let'shope somebody else can point us to the right direction

I am beginning to think their was a coding error by the developer of the Send an email (V2) because when I performed the powerapps trigger again, the email was successfully sent. There were no other changes on my behalf.

Hi @Kyle99 

 Like  @efialttes mentioned you had a new connector added and running from previous run test data could be the reason it failed but when you triggered the flow manually it did the same. Generally a new connector when you add to flow it can take a maximum of 5 minutes to get ready (bootup time). If the problem persists then try to delete the connector and add it again. Most situations this should resolve the problem.

Hi @Kyle99 ,

It seems that you are using the PowerApps button as the trigger of the Flow.

When we configure this button as a trigger and add a new connector in this Flow, this error may appear.

We could re-add the Flow to the specified App to solve this issue.

Yes i am using PowerApps as the trigger to begin the flow. 

and refreshing the trigger button was successful in fixing this situation.
