Send email based on email and date given in excel

Hi, I need help with automated sending email reminders to a specific person if the date given in excel matches "today". I read a few threads, but I just got more confused. From my conceptual perspective, the flow should do the following steps:

1. Compare if the date in excel equals "today" (not necessarily every day, could be weekly for this project);
2. If it does, send an email saying "Hi, it's your turn to do the checks this week." to an email in the same row.
Simple as that.

Hi @VictorIvanidze I didn't get anywhere yet. I was trying to start, but not sure where to really start with this. Sorry, but this is a basic lack of understanding 😕  Marked red below I have no Idea what the values should be. Also in the section "send an email" I don't understand how it would know to which email address to send the message at given day.

I'm probably missing something, but it didn't work. Testing only spammed my colleagues with dozens of emails sent to each, where is should have been sent only to one person...

Create a test table with 2 rows and use it.

Sorry, but I already know that this one does not work as it should. Smaller table won't really help me as I don't know why it didn't act as planned. There was no error message. It was working, but incorrectly.

Please show the output of Filter array. Do you think it contains valid data?

I just tested it again and noticed two things:

1. As I understand, the filter array works correctly, because the output shows only dates as filtered:

bud despite that the flow sent emails to all people on the list, regardless the filter above. 

2. I realized that the filter does not suit the purpose as I need to send email at one specific day at a time:

addDays('1899-12-30', int(item()?['Date']))

utcNow('yyyy-MM-dd')

But when I change to "is equal to", it starts to act weird. 

addDays('1899-12-30', int(item()?['Date']))

utcNow('yyyy-MM-dd')

I had errors first:

But now, without any further change, it says that's all is good, but nothing happens:

You'd better convert utcNow to number of days and compare 2 integers.

OK, I corrected two things actually:

1. Changed the number formatting as you suggested

2.  Changed Apply to each from:

to

And now it is sending to the right people. 

I have one last problem to solve. It's sending the email twice:

How many times executed "Apply to each 2" when you get 2 emails?

Ok, I solved it myself. The two instances of "apply to each" were causing the problem with sending double the emails than it should. The problem was that It was created automatically, so I was unsure if that was the problem, but it appears it was. Now, this part of my flow looks like that:

 And it works just as it should.
