Hello,

i would like to know how send email, with in body i have all the new items added (not one item).

in my case, i have a shopping cart powerapps that creates many rows in a sharepoint list.

i would like to send email with all this items when they are created in a sharepoint list.

The sharepoint list have 5 columns:

To create a flow that is triggered by a Power App button, highlight the button in Power Apps, access the Action Tab and select the Power Automate button.  Then scroll to the bottom and click Create a new Flow.

This will create a flow with a Power Apps trigger. Here's a blog post that goes into more detail about how to call a flow from Power Apps.  Call Power Automate flows from Power Apps components (sharepains.com)

You can now use the 'Ask in Power Apps'  dynamic content to add a parameter that you can pass from Power Apps to Power Automate.  For example you might pass the Order Number from Power Apps to Power Automate so you can filter the Get items.

The order number doesn't need to be progressive. It just needs to be unique.  But the easiest way is probably to use another SharePoint list to be the master order list.  Each time a new shopping cart is created create an item in that list and use the ID that is returned as the order number in the other list that has the detail lines for the order.

To do this you basically need two things.  First you need some way to trigger it after all the items have been created.  For example, the flow could be triggered from a Power App when the shopping cart is submitted for payment. Second you need some way to retrieve all the items, and only those items, using a Get Items.  For example, add an order number to the fields above and filter your get items to be equal to that order number. There is unfortunately no way to filter based on the idea that they are all new.

Once you have the lines in an array from the Get items you would do the following.

1) Convert the array of items returned by Get items to a table using Create Html action.

2) Embed that HTML table into an email and send it.

It is not very clear.

if you can design the flow for me, could be better.

thanks

The questions are:

How can i trigger form powerapps button ? Can you help me with this step ?

How can i insert an progressive order number i sharepoint list ?

How can use this progressive number in the flow ? In what step ?

Thank you
