Sending Schedlued Emails from Power Automate

I have been working on an event-triggered flow that takes info from a booking calendar. The goal of this is to send custom reminders to 2 emails that are input into custom fields. The issue I'm facing is a solution for sending said emails. My original approach was to take the start time and then calculate when to send them by subtracting the specific values to get the time we want these emails to be sent. However, the only feasible way I can see is to insert a "Delay Untiul' Step with that calculated time. However, We cannot have these flows running for a week or sometimes several. 

My question is there a way to have these emails scheduled to send out when I need them to within the flow, I cannot find a way to do this without having a flow run for days on end. Any help or tips would be appreciated as I am fairly new to power automate as an automation tool.

The approach you mentioned is exact the way to achieve your goal. So what's your flow details in the delay control? What issue have you encountered? Would you please share the flow with some screenshots?

1. Below are some screenshots of the flows, however, the issue is that these bookings can be made with up to an 8-week lead time. The goal of this flow is to send a reminder one day and 30 minutes before the appointment. The flow works just fine. No issues so far, however, my understanding was that there is a hard-set limit to how long a flow instance can be actively running ( I think I read 30 days). Unless these delays don't count for actual run time?

Hi @cblomberg ,

Will it be a choice that save the events detail to a database like SharePoint list and calculate the time in a Text column, so you will be able to schedule a flow to check the list everyday and send emails based on the time that are saved in the list?
