Skip a set of actions in Cloud or Desktop Flow

Hello, 

Two questions:

1. If I have a Cloud Flow that extracts data from invoices pulled from a website, but one of the invoices doesn't exist, can the Flow skip that invoice and move onto the next one? Would this require a Conditional Action to be set?

2. If I have a Desktop Flow that formats .csv files for multiple accounts (e.g., Account1.csv, Account2.csv, Account3.csv, etc.), and Account2.csv does not exist, can the Flow skip Account2.csv and move on to Account3.csv without stopping? Would this be set up using a Conditional Action?

If your flow keeps failing because one of the steps fails, but you don't mind if it fails, you want to change the "Run After" settings.

On the action directly after the action that may fail, click the three dot menu on the right, then click "Configure Run After

Then check all the boxes that apply. In your case, probably "is successful" AND "has failed"

The flow should then continue if the step above fails. You can also configure this setting to ONLY run an action if the step above fails, which is kind of a condition shortcut in some instance.

I would be looking to add some sort of Condition to your flow. Perhaps when you try to retrieve the data you can have your condition check to see if any data was returned, and only continue if it did.

Did you have a flow already built that you were looking to implement this sort of thing?
