Split on delimiter

Hi all,

 

I tried to send an email in a standardized way (they have all the same delimiter). My flow works fine. But when it's not a standardized delimiter ':', it fails. I have to skip some lines, because there is no delimiter, but the code is not working. I will make 2 flows one with ':' and another with '\n'.

 

I only need the variables with ':', all the rest is not important in this flow. This is what I tried:

 

  1. When a new email arrives V3
  2. Html to text (contains the body of the email)
  3. Compose email to body text (contains the body of html to text)
  4. Compose with the function:split(outputs('Compose_Email_Body_Text'), '')
  5. I initialized all my variables (name start with Var and they are all a string with no value)
  6. Compose ExtractData:last(split(outputs('Compose_Email_Body_Text'), '\n\n'))
  7. Then I extract all my variables withtrim(substring(split(outputs('ExtractData'), ': ')[1],0,indexOf(split(outputs('ExtractData'), ': ')[1], 'Numéro'))). I changed the [] for each code also the word that should be find for each Var. Here is the part where it sucks cause I have to skip some lines to get only those with the delimiter.

 

Setting up the variables and adding the output in the right column will work only if I am able to split it correctly.

 

Do you have any suggestions?

For the compose action I used this: 

replace(replace(replace(outputs('Html_to_text')?['body'],decodeUriComponent('%0A'),'/'),'//','/'),'//','/')

 

For the ExtractAgent I used this: 

split(split(outputs('Compose'),'ID Agent : ')[1],'/Client')[0]
 
When I run the flow I have this error message:

Please post the data of 2nd email body in TEXT, including the table, so that I can make a flow and check the result. Also, please highlight all the data you need in result.

I use a Compose to replace new lines with "/" in the outputs of HTML to Text, and save desired values in variables:

Check the output of Compose, find ID Agent, I copied the delimiter "ID Agent : " and pasted in the expression.

you can copy and paste the whole outputs into notepad, find each delimiter and copy to respective expression:

I had removed one space after 'ID Agent :' and it works.

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge!    This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks.  The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.    Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”)   - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024   Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.  You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately.   How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can.
