Table Values not populating in HMTL Email

I'm using the Create HTML table in a scheduled flow.

The input is the body('Filter_array').  I've customised the columns for Header and Value.

The test flow ran successfully, however the values for each header has not populated.  Header names only appear in email.

Below are the expressions I've used.

Header	Value
SOPName	item()['Name']
NextReviewDueDate	formatDateTime(convertFromUTC(utcNow(), 'E. Australia Standard Time'), 'yyyy-MM-dd')

NOTE:  I have replicated this flow with minor changes, however the 2nd flow omits the table values.

Any help is appreciated. 

Am very new to the world of Power Automate therefore simple and easy to understand solutions would be grateful.

@BI_PO Have you confirmed your Filter Array action is returning items? What does the output of the Filter Array action look like? If it's displaying a [ ] this means no items have returned.

Did you know that the Condition action has a limit of 10 conditions? Although it might look like the Filter Array action can only accept one condition—this is not true. By using the advanced mode you can enter multiple conditions into a Filter Array action with an expression.

The inclusion of ? and updating the correct column heading in my expression:  item()?['SOPName'] corrected the problem.
