Trigger Condition

I am trying to build a flow that will send an email daily but only when certain criteria is met. I have tried setting trigger conditions on my recurrence trigger, however I keep getting an error message.

Criteria: Days Since Last Email greater than or equal to 60 AND Days Since Last Phone Call greater than or equal to 60

Error message: Request to Azure Resource Manager failed with error: '{"error":{"code":"WorkflowTriggerHistoryNotFound","message":"The workflow '77482b21-91a7-428d-9f6d-b1de81352ec5' trigger 'Recurrence' history 'null' could not be found."}}'.

I have tried writing the trigger conditions a few different ways, but still receive the same error message. I have also confirmed that the 2 fields I'm using do not have null data. I've also deleted the recurrence trigger and created a new one, so there is no trigger history. When I remove the trigger conditions, my flow works just fine.

Any insight would be helpful so I don't have to manually send these emails every day and the flow doesn't send a blank email either.

Thanks!

@asmith36 You are using the item() function in your trigger condition. The item() function is designed to be used within an Apply to Each action where it loops through a collection of items.

In the recurrence trigger there are no items to loop through. Can you share a screenshot of your full flow?

@creativeopinion Thank you for the response.

I used Filter Array to generate the expression, and was given @greaterOrEquals(item()?['corpsale_ofdayssincelastemail'], 60). When I change the expression to triggerOutputs, I am still getting the same error message.

As you can see, it's a very simple flow. I'm trying to send a daily email to each CRM user with a list of their leads that have not been contacted in 60 days. This flow should fire as soon as Days Since Last Email is greater than or equal to 60 AND Days Since Last Phone Call is greater than or equal to 60 (calculated fields in CRM). I want to use a trigger condition to ensure they are not receiving a blank email on days the conditions are not met.

@asmith36 As mentioned in my previous post. You can't use that expression in your trigger condition as the item() function is designed to be used within an Apply to Each action.

In the List Rows action you should insert a query into the Filter Rows field to filter out the rows that match your criteria. I don't personally use dataverse so I can't offer any advice as to what to put there. After you've filtered out the rows that meet your criteria, you can then use the Apply to Each action to loop through the filtered items.

Hope this helps!
