Trigger when ALL Planner tasks have been completed

My team has a weekly update document. I've got a flow to create each of them a task to update the document on Thursdays at 8 AM. Once ALL of these tasks are complete, I'd like to generate a new task for myself to go review the updates. Is there a way to check if all tasks within a Planner Bucket are complete?

There is no easy way to trigger a flow when the tasks are all complete.  But you could create a recurrence flow that would run nightly or hourly to check if all the tasks are completed.

Then just get all the tasks in the bucket and check their status.  That will tell you if they are all complete.

Thanks - I know how to schedule the tasks, but wasn't sure about how to "get all the tasks in the bucket and check their status".

Use a List Tasks action to get all the Tasks in the Plan (there is no way to get them for just a Bucket).  Then use filter array to filter the Tasks using the following formula.

(lessOrEquals(item()?['percentComplete'], 100),equals(item()?['bucketId'], '<<yourbucketID>>'))

You may need to do a list buckets and look at the output to get the actual BucketID to plugin.

If you take a length() of the filtered array it will give you the number of incomplete tasks.
