Good afternoon,
I am a bit new to Power Automate and only discovered it recently for Excel to Xero. I have a folder called "Master Spreadsheets" as shown below:
I have the flow with it requesting the excel file located in the folder however in the Master Spreadsheets folder it only shows 2 excel files instead of the full list as given in the image below:
Also when I complete that bit for the table it only shows 3 results however as you can see in the image below for the "Master Finance Tasks" I have more than 3 sheets:
Any ideas on how to fix this as this has been a bit of a pain for today as I need to connect the excel file up to Xero so that instead of manually copying and pasting the information from Excel into Xero I can use Microsoft Power Query to connect Excel to Xero so that any changes that I make on the excel sheet can be uploaded into Xero at the click of a button which will help save me some time.
If anyone has any ideas please let me know as that would be much appreciated.

Thank you for that. The other problem that I have is the table issue as I have clicked on the drop down box for the table however it only shows:
Even though as given in the image above there is multiple sheets given:
Any ideas on how to get the remaining sheets up as some of the sheets are imported from a website and refreshed and updated every 15 minutes?

Ok, mostly like the root cause then. The automation you are using will only recognize formal "tables" and not ranges. With your cursor in the top left of your data, check your ribbon and look for the table design tab. If it doesn't exist, that's the root cause. In my example below, my data is in a table called Table2
Press Control-T to create a table and convert your ranges to tables.

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods. You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately. How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can.
