Updating Specific column for SP List

Hi,

I got a SharePoint List with the following column:-

ID	Title
1	ABC
2	CDE
3	PTE

I tried setting up a power automate flow to update only the P_ID column but can't seem to get it to work. I would like my column in my SP list to be like this. I got too many rows to manually do it so was wondering if Power automate could just update the P_ID column with the format below.

ID	Title
P001	ABC
P002	CDE
P003	PTE

ID is a built-in column in SharePoint, you cannot change it manually.
You can manually create a text column called P_ID, I made a test for your reference:

Which field should I be deleting? From the error, I can't find which field and field types.

Have you changed the type of the column, if so, please delete the update item and add it again

Thanks for your solution, it worked! But I just realized that it only update until P100, my list is about 400 items so from item 101, it did not update it with P101 and onwards.

Am I doing something wrong?

I am looking at same format, what I meant its the flow did not continue updating the numbering from item 100 onwards. please see image below.

I don't think this is a problem with the formula. You can check your flow running history.
You can check your flow running history, I think the problem is that Apply to each stops running when traversing to the item of ID101
