sai2023_0-1704342647942.png

This is a record created, I want to update keyhandover time for the previous record and keyrecived time for the new record to be the same when a new record, and for the new record only the key received time should be updated and key handovertime should be empty. Once an handover is done than the keyhandover time to be updated as requested above

Hi @sai2023 ,

Based on your description, you want to update both the new record and the previous record when a new record is created. The crux of the problem lies in how to get the second largest value of the ID in the SP list. Here's what I've given you to work with both ordered and unordered ID columns.

vmengmlimsft_1-1704348994715.png

If your ID column is ordered, I mean it's non-stop like 1,2,3,4,5,6, then you won't need the "Filter array" and "Compose2" actions, but instead use the following expression in id field when updating previous record:

sub(outputs('Compose'),1)

Best regards,

Rimmon

Hi @sai2023 ,

Please check your trigger.

If you are using "When an item is created or modified", it will be result in a loop. Please replace it with "When an item is created".

Best regards,

Rimmon

Hi,

Suppose if i have 3 key sets which is SL01 SL02 SL03

in the list it might have SL01 and then SL03, can we look up to which SL is being updated before updating the record, if the SL01 is changed than SL01 last entry should be updated with handovertime and new record should be updated with recived time

Hi @sai2023 ,

You can use "Get changes" action to check which column is updated or modified.
